We put in a new SD card and the camera says it's locked. I have adjusted it several ways and it hasn't helped. It shows how to set up card in manuel but the area I need to go to is inaccessible .

Sorry if this seems trivial to you, but is the little switch on the card in the unlocked position? On most cards it needs to be closer to the end with the pins.
