My laptop is nit recognising the hard disk
It shows error code 10000-0141 when I was operating display became white and turned off

Check that your hard drive connections are secure. Check if there is any defects on the hard where the cable connects to the drive. Check to see if your hard drive is recognized in the bios of dell computer.
