My screen goes black when I receive or make calls. I can answer or dial but immediately the screen goes black. I can hear & the other caller can hear but the screen goes black throughout the call and afterwards. I can't put the caller on speaker, mute,etc. However, if I plug in my headset then the screen stays on . What's happening & what can be done to fix it?

Your proximity sensor is being blocked or it's going bad. easiest thing to isolate that problem is replace your proximity sensor assembly.
