Hello I have an phone 5s , it's headphone jack hole refused to work though I change it ... I hear a noisy sound when I try to use my headphone ... As I use filmic pro for filming on my phone it has now completely refused to take an alternative microphone which is plugged in via headphone hole ... Help please ...

Try cleaning the headphone jack first, if it doesn't help then try putting on a new jack, but not installing it, if the jack solves the problem, then install it, if it dosent then it may be a problem with the audio codec IC
