Why is my arbor over heating and making a noise

When I engage my blades the center arbor makes a loud noise and will start to smoke? I greased it but the problem hasn't stopped.

@stokes81 sounds like a bad bearing. If it is bad, grease alone is not going to fix it. #9 and #13 in the attached image are my prime suspects.
