it keep wrong time and unable to connect with itunes store

hi i have iphone 5 it works fine but it have some time issues it dosnt keep right time and if i fix time mannually it gets wrong again

its time stuck on 10 pm every time i start it start from there

its one bracket misiing inside is it issue?

i trued everytinng iphone sofyware is alright something wrong with hardware
