Stripped logic board screw

The bottom right logic board screw has been completly stripped and all of the screw drivers I have used cant grip on anything. Is there any way I can get this screw out? Its very tiny and on a very important part of the logic board so the dremel method will only ruin my ipod.

You might be able to use a pair of needlenose pliers to grab the screw head and twist it, or use a small pair of wire cutters and cut off the screw head.
