The only solution to this issue is a full replacement of the screen. The colors, lines, and black blotches are natural when any digital screen is damaged. Some are more durable and don't have this and others get this by just by pushing on the screen to hard. The simple answer is you have to use a heat gun to heat the adhesive on the phone and use a suction cup plus a thin prying tool to remove the screen. Google or find on youtube on how to replace BLU vivo 5 screens as it will go more in depth and following my simple instructions will damage your phone. Considering how cheap this phone is, I feel it is not worth the cost of replacing just the screen so I would advise to just buy a new and different brand phone.

I as well have a Blu Vivo 5. I have had mine for 7 months already & I have dropped it a couple of times. Recently on Christmas Eve I dropped it and the screen had a bluish/ blackish stain on the top. And on the right corner it had a small green stain. A while later, my brother accidentally spilled water on it. Now after a few days, ONLY WHEN I TURN IT ON, there is a huge black stain that doesn't allow me to see my apps. There is just this 2 inch space were I can barley see some of my apps. Please help!!! What is it? How can I fix it?

I cannot figure this out! I have the same exact problem, I had dropped it multiple times before, but nothing serious. One day I dropped it barely 3 ft from the ground and now the screen is both black and has these small internal cracks on the screen, and ive only had the phone for A MONTH AND A HALF. Normally Blu has great phone quality but I have had many incidents with Blu phones and sadly have to turn over to iPhone if Blu doesn't make the phones sturdier.
