I tried to turn on the camera but my screen is always blank. I tried to change the battery and charge the camera but I still have the problem.

Your camera's screen sounds like it could be damaged. To replace it, you'll need to disassemble the camera by removing the screws holding the case together, and use a plastic prying tool to pull the case apart.
Another potential problem is that the motherboard may be faulty; this would also require you to take the camera apart, this time to replace the motherboard.

this was my camera I got for my 35th anniversary from sears holding corp./kmart! I've used it alot until october 26th,2016. This has never happen before to me. I went to replaced the battery which I got an new one now! And I've charged it up and it doesn't want to work. I may have to get another one. please will U help me. Sincerely Donna Brantley
