I snapped my headphone part that I put into my iPod in my iPod. How do I get it out?

In my opinion repairs on this device are not worth doing and may end up being unfixable or cause more damage in result after performing the repair.

I used to do a few iPod Touch 5th / 6th generation screens but stopped doing it after running into problems like tearing cables and difficulty putting the screen on or re-assembling it.
