How to root my HTC one M9?
I want to root my HTC phone,as I bought it used and want to switch service providers.

When it comes to rooting, custom recoveries, custom roms, custom kernels, and so on I recommend heading to the xda forums. There are many great guides and tools for a beginner. I have linked a few pages for the HTC One M9 below. Hope they are helpful.

Just to note the phone needs to first have it's bootloader unlocked, then a custom recovery then using the recovery menu to flash a rooting file.
