Why does my tablet not stay on

The Asus Transformer Pad TF300T is an Android tablet computer released in April 2012. The Asus Transformer design includes an optional docking keyboard that “transforms” the tablet into more of a laptop computer.

Why does my tablet not stay on

My tablet turns on, but as soon as I attempt to do anything it begins the shut down process! It then comes back on, and begins shutting down at my next attempt!

Does it do the same when not connected to the keyboard unit? If it does then your power on button is stuck or broken in the "on" position.

It does it either way. I've checked our the power button, it will turn off when held d I an.

Have you checked your power settings? or have you attempted to connect to external monitor?
