Clean the tubes leading from the K cup holder with a pipe cleaner, then fill the reservoir with white vinegar, run your machine through the reservoir and fill with fresh water, run this through to clear the vinegar.

Mineral deposits build up inside the machine and limits water flow. The vinegar dissolves these.
