Touchscreen touch works but no display

Touchscreen touch works but no display

The rear touch screen/display doesn't display anything, but the touch functions still work. Is there a separate connector for the actual video display versus touch screen functions? I saw on a tear down video 2 ribbon connectors for the GoPro 4 Silver. I wonder if one of them has become disconnected.

I wasn't able to fix it. I got the correct part but wasn't able to change it. Way beyond my expertise level.
