Sounds defaulting and I cant change them

My iphone 5 shut itself down a day ago. I turned it back on and a few things have changed.

1 - my sounds (txt ringtone etc) have defaulted to different sounds. When i go in to change them it lets me but it doesnt change and when i go back in its back at the default one.

2 - My battery percentage has disappeared. I go in to swipe it on. It lets me but then defaults back to off.

3 - my home screen and lock screen pictures have zoomed rightinand i cant do anything about them

4 - I cant take the vibrate when on silent off.

I have done a full factory reset of my phone and it hasnt worked, ive reset it but pushing the home and off button and nothings working. Any suggestions?
