Phone restarting itself on opening screen

My phone is two years old. Since now nothing happened to it. Never dropped it never got into a water or something. But yesterday suddenly while i was texting, i got an youtube link, pressed it, opened youtube application and a message popped on the screen, "Google Play applications has stopped working/not responding." When i pressed dismiss kept popping up, couldn't even turn off the phone. So I replace the battery.

When I tried to turning it on again I got an vibration but screen was all black.

After a while, tried to hard reset. But now it is restarting itself at the opening screen which shows you the model of the phone. I can see the blue writing on the corner about booting when i try to reboot but nothing happens but after, starts to restarting itself.

I know its not about the battery. I had %72 battery when this happened and since its not turning off completely and keeps restarting it there should be something else.
