Just buzzing in one pattern

Hello i got an iphone 5 theres is just buzzing i one pattern.

If i try to make i vibarer en "SOS" it should buzz like this "zzzz zz zzzz" but instead it just do i like this "zzzzzzzzz" costum patterns i does the same.

Are there anybody the have solved this problem?

I have change the OEM screen and battery and vibererter engine after my costumer has lost the iphone from a ride on a carusel
