If I deleted my os what should I do

I tried flashing a rom to my phone, i checked twice to see if it was for my phone. The tutorial said to wipe the data off of my phone after i did that the phone wouldn't boot up all the way nor would it boot into recovery or bootloader. The only thing that works is download mode and my computer does recognize it but it always fails to install drivers.
