maesars622 i m a bit confused by your question. It sounds like you are referring to Honda's OBD P0141 code. If so, than there is a problem with the heater element circuit of the heated oxygen sensor.Water getting inside the heated oxygen sensor connector can caused the heated oxygen sensor fuse to blow. Before replacing the sensor, check the fuse and connectors.
Bank 1 sensor 2 would be the sensor after the catalytic converter
