I am wondering what to do. I have tried everything that was advised online but my Samsung S6 edge plus keep on saying Not registered on network. Does anyone have real working solution for it?

No my phone was working fine before but somehow I couldn't touch the screen when some would call me so I had to reset and then after that it was just showing the Samsung sign so then I had to do the factory reset and after that , I put all my information and it started to work but the service doesn't work in it , what could be the problem?
