Why does my Zoomer not respond to my hand motions?
No matter how close I get to the Zoomer, it won't change directions or speed.

Hi Luke.
The ideal range is from 4 to 6 inches (10 to 15 cm) towards the Dino's sensors. Moreover, your motion must not be above or below Dino's sensors by 4 inches (10 cm). If your Zoomer is fully charged and it does not respond to your motions within the ideal range above, please consider changing the censor using this guide.

I have the shadow version, I got it yesterday from an old lady who said she didn't use it because her kids never wanted to play with it. I'm trying to figure out its problems. The problems are: •Not responding to belly rubs or movement/objects. •broken front right leg. •only responds to the back button. •Spins around in circles, that's the only thing it does ;-; As you can see, uh yeah, lots of problems
