Are you just randomly changing parts or are you trying to chase down where your spark stops?
work backward from the plugs . No spark next go back to the distributor cap if there's no power there go back to the coil. is there power going in if so go back to the distributor and check the modules in the base of the distributor. check the wires going into the modules. If there's no power at the coil follow your wires back to find power . There could be a short in the ground wire or a short in your power line in .The may be a problem with the ignition switch . Using a test light can help track your power. Hope this helps

Im having the same problem.. Working on a friend's 98 GMC K1500 5.7 4x4. He said he moved it to it's current spot. Went to move it next morning and nothing.
I only charged rotor for distributor and coil. At that time I didn't have my test light or multimeter. I got my test light came back the next day check the voltage at the coil it's getting 12 volts in the voltage regulator I guess it is in the front of the coil or side of it and then the new coil is getting power but it's not putting power out they're both at 12 volts at the plugs and recommendations?

@jeremyyoun78592 just to clear things up. It has no spark when you crank over corect? You have 12V at the coil but no sparks at the plugs, correct? What do you mean by this "they're both at 12 volts at the plugs"? Have you checked the crank shaft sensor? Have you checked the ECM fuse under the hood fuse box? Does this beast have an anti theft device? Did you check that?
