How to replace the inner plastic with a new one?

So basically I've bought an inner plastic of ps4 and I want to change with my existing one since the R1/L1 holding plastics have been broken. I tried to change but I was not sure how do I remove the vibrators and also the speaker.

I've searched on internet but no luck finding this particular answer.
