wifi stuck on "turning on wifi"
how can I fix my wifi card that stuck on "turning on wifi" with 02:00:00:00:00:00 as mac address

Hi, Sounds like your wifi chip has broken, it will most likely need to be fixed buy a professional micro solderer.

No, nothing hardware related, Was a software issue, already reported by several users in Google and motorola forums.
Even Motorola support recognize it but said that they will not covem me just because I live in Argentina.
Finally I've sold the phone with a huge discount and will never bought a motorola phone again.

I've tried several distributions and found that with the ones based on CM this procedure works (Not with official OS).
1- Turn all radios Off. (Airplane mode)
2- Turn Bluetooth on, and wait until it was effectively turned on. If also stuck turning on restart the phone and go to 1 again.
3- Once BT was on turn wifi on, you will have all radios on but GSM one (will take a bit but in most cases it works)
4- You could try now to turn off airplane mode, and have all radios, but sometimes it makes my phone inestable, sometimes wifi was disconnected and even phone rebooted.

Tried going back to stock LP, doesnt work. Tired going to custom roms as well, doesnt work either. Tried going back to 6.0.1, gaing root, and then using those Change My MAC apps, doesn't work. Tried your delet wifi folder method, doesnt work.
