lunakrazyshedevil71 if your charger work properly, then it is possible that you are having issues with either your battery or your charging port. Use this guide for the battery. While you check/change your battery take a look at the charging connector soldered to the logic board. You may have to resolder it or replace it.

Oldturkey03 yes the other tablet charged up withmy charger..the charger fits tight on other but is loose on mine.. Charger is not like most cell phone chargers... Can I use the USB port to charge?
