Windows won't work. I only see a black screen with a mouse cursor, and I can't even install Windows. When Windows setup loads, I see the same $@$* black screen and mouse cursor, and shift F8 (or on Asus F9) doesn't open an advanced startup options menu! So, I can't do a system recovery or turn the computer on in safe mode... What should I do?

Does this laptop have a optical drive can you us a recovery disc if not load a usb with a windows install and run the repair feature .If your unfamiliar with the process let me know and will guide you through it. Hope this helps

because nothing works for me, i mean i can't load windows setup (black screen with mouse cursor) i can't turn on computer (same black screen) for me doesn't work f8 or other f buttons and i can't turn on advanced start-up option menu for safe mode or for system recovery i even tried to make bootable recovery dick from another pc but even that doesn't work..
@pauliusam do you get a statues screen with system specs or by black screen do you mean you have nothing from the time you press the power button. Do you get a n opportunity to get into the boot menu? Could you also give me the model number of your Asus laptop. And are you able to get into the bios

I turn on computer and computer ask a windows dick ( i have bootable usb key) with usb key computer turns on then i press any key in keyboard then setup starts loading then windows loading to setup and BLACK SCREEN WITH mouse cursor
before this i turned on computer windows logo is loading longer then usually and black screen all i can do is move my mouse after 5 tries computers automaticly turned on system recovery option but it doesn't worked and after than only think i see turned computes ir then it ask windows dvd so how i said before i have usb key with windows and what happening next i already said
all i find in internet is then for some people (most of them) it happened after windows update and all tutorials doesn't work for me
for some people shift f8 turn on advanced start-up option menu there is option like system recovery but for my it doesn't work some tutorials how to turn on safe mode also doesn't work and i tried almost all

Are you able to go into the BIOS settings? Many Asus notebooks got a feature called "Boot-Booster" which skips parts of the boot-process. Try to disable this feature (BIOS --> Boot --> Boot-Booster) and try to start the Asus recovery again.

there is no option like boot booster in bios boot
It also can be blocked in the security section of your BIOS.
