According to the specifications the power adapter is as follows:
Input :100 -240 V AC, 50/60 Hz universal Output :19 V DC, A, 45 W
Therefore it will work in most places. The only problem might be it (the adapter power cord (cable) having a suitable plug that fits your particular type of household power outlet, as since you are purchasing it from the U.S. it will have an adapter power cord with a plug suitable for there. If it is not suitable you may have to purchase a U.S. / Philippines adapter plug, usually available from travel / luggage stores
