Repair manuals for different types of musical instruments, including guitars and keyboards.

How to open up a Winchester Digital Piano

My friend spilled beer on his Winchester Digital Piano (not sure what model), and now some of the keys aren't working.

There are around ten screws underneath, which I removed, and it looks like the keyboard should lift out of the Piano Frame, but I think the front panels need removing first. ( the center one which has all the electronics, and two plain panels at the sides )

Does anyone know how to remove these, as it's an expensive piano, and I don't want to damage it by prying them off with a screwdriver.

Your machine is actually a DYNATONE DP-65 Spinet under a different name. Here's where to download the manual on it, second group about midway down: http://www.dynatone.co.kr/eng/index.php

Thanks for the information.

I've just contacted Dynatone, to see if they can let me have a service manual.

Thanks

John
