My mom dropped my phone and the phone shut off and the she turned it back on. My screen is completely black, yet I can still get phone calls, messages, and etc. I need my phone screen fixed ASAP. Will i need to replace anything? PLease help

The display may be damaged. Do you see any cracks under the glass? If so you will need a new display,

I do not see any cracks under the glass but i may have to check again. It is just weird but the phone is functional; it is just the screen that is giving me problems.
You could always open the device to check the connection, I would use one of ifixits guides to assist! Or you could check with a local repair shop if you don't feel comfortable opening the device.
