cannot see pics r video on app. while flying?

my phantom is flying properly, but cannot view on my phone app.

I can take pics and video and can view them on the album and on ipad or pc.

I just cannot see any pic or video on the app while I am flying?

all other flight and phantom info is displayed, just no video or pic

any suggestions???
