How do you upgrade RAM on an iMac Intel 24" EMC 2267?

Was reading the latest edition of Macworld and wondering if anyone could let me know how to upgrade the RAM to 8GB...I am very much a newcomer when it comes to the inner workings of Macs - haven't opened mine up yet after 18 months so any help would be gratefully accepted!
