Connection between home theatre with rca in and Sony bravia with HDMI

HI,

I have a home theatre which doesn't have a HDMI input port. I can only able to connect with RCA Cables. But I need get the input from Sony Bravia'S HDMI output. Is any solution available for this? Please respond me asap.
