Documents and data increase sunddenly when connected to wifi

Well, I got some serious problem here, that's my documents and data in my phone is actually(200mb) before connect to wifi. But after connect to wifi, it suddenly loops to 1gb. What the heck? Can someone explain this strange phenomenon? I can't figure it out. In fact, my iCloud storage is 5gb per 5gb ( never use it )
