The Dell Inspiron 13-7352 was first introduced in August 2014. It is a 7000 series laptop.

Hi,

Have you tried installing the latest Win10 video driver for your laptop. Maybe try 'safe mode' to see if the screen is more visible to allow you to update driver or try an external monitor and see if it allows you to see to update.

Here is a link.

Sounds like the physical LCD has gone bad or the dimmer has been turned down all the way. I'm leaning more towards the LCD but check your screen brightness settings first. If your brightness settings are turned up all of the way and the issue is still there then it is the physical LCD. If it is the physical LCD then Windows 10 didn't cause the problem, that was just coincidence.
