Why wont my g7 charge when da charger is working?

I have my g7 only bout 7 months and never had a problem charging but now it wont charge and da charger works and charges other phones so its not the charger. Wen i plug it in sometimes it will say its charging but it takes an hour for like 2% charge, can u help please
