Broken cable connector replacement

Hi, I recently damaged a couple of the female cable connections on the logic board of my Macbook Pro (while attempting to change thermal paste) and was wondering if anyone knows if and where I can get replacements. The plastic clip that the cable pushes into has broken. Am I stuffed or is there a work around or replacement part for this? Long shot but I thought I'd give it a try...

swilton give us the 820-XXXX number of your logic board so we can look it up. Also, it will help if you post a couple of images of the damages with your question. That way we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question to add images.

Doesn't look that hard to fix. Find someone local that is good with soldering.

Just soldering it directly without using a connector seems the quickest fix.
