Change the Headphone Jack

My Headphone Jack on my Moto X 2014 is broken, so i want to change it.

I found an Tutorial for the older Model, maybe someone knows about the 2014 one?

I found many Tear down Videos, it doesnt look so hard, if i know i dont have to solder something and i had the right replacement part, so i think i can do it myself.

Thanks for your Time and sorry for me bad english ;)

The headphone jack locates on the middle frame with strong adhesive, maybe you can remove the phone back cover and the mid-frame and then try to tear down the headphone jack.
