Airport cable off its socket

Hey everyone.

My wifi doesn't work for a while now. Today I looked inside and I unfortunately had to see, that the cable is off the socket but the female and male socket are still married.

So now my question. Is there a way to get off the plug to change the cable?

Best regards,

Patrick.

Update (24.11.2015)

Thanks for the fast answer!

It's seems to me, that the cable broke off. It can't be sticked back to the connector any more.

the connector is stuck in the socket..that's my main problem

I guess :(

Do you mean that the cable has pulled out of the female connector? If so stick it back in and put a dab of solder on it.
