My 4S is stuck at 52 percent battery life. I was charging it today and it wont build anymore life. When I plug the charger in the phone vibrates and has the lignthing bolt so I know its connecting, it just wont build life. Any thought?!? Thanks!

Have you tried rebooting the iPhone?
To do this press and hold both the Home Button and the Lock Button on the top of the phone until you see the Apple Logo, then release.
Once reset try charging the device again.
If that still doesn't work, try using a different charging cable as the cable may be damaged.
