Black screen and just vibrates twice every few seconds

Long story short screen broke and when replacing it a ribbon cable broke so got new bezil and put it back together. Now it only vibrates twice every few secomds and the screen is still black. It shows up in itunes again now but Im at a loss seeing that almost all parts are new any help or input would be great.
