i bought the new mouse on the online shopping. that's get sound while mouse wheel rotating. what can i do.

that's not software problem. i'm getting sound on mouse. can i repair it. if yes how can i do that.

Hi,

If you just bought it why don't you get it replaced under warranty. If you open the mouse the warranty will be lost!

If you insist on fixing it yourself and losing your warranty here is a link on how to take the mouse apart and maybe you can see what is making the sound.
