When I start my printer without toner, it is quiet. But when I put toner in it, and restart printer, it is noise. When I print documents, it has terrible noise. What happen? thanks.

The carriage get together, which holds the ink cartridges, slows down at the left half of the printer. A paper jam may have happened already.
The reason for the issue might be that the printer's grip actuator is separated. Take after the guidelines under "Re-drawing in the grip actuator" to re-connect with the grasp actuator.
