Home button not working

The menu and back button on my tab 3 7.0 is working just fine,the problem is the home button which is i only found out this morning that it's nt working..pls help guys,,what should I do?

get all data backup and reset the tab and see whether it comes from firmware error
after resetting your tab if its not working you may requred to touch hardware laevel repair
