Why are my pictures black?
All of my pictures are black. I don't hear a clicking sound when I take a picture. I'm not sure what is going wrong.

A potential reason to why your pictures are all black is that there is an error with the shutter mirror. Different ways to address this issue is to turn any of the special features off, to even shutting off the camera by taking out the battery that could cause the mirror to jump back in place. Another reason could be that the shutter is stuck. That issue can be resolved by changing the settings, or even using an object like a pen to try to open the shutter.
