Area next to camera becomes extremely hot!

I have never had any issues with my tablet. Nothing has been spilled on it or anything. All of a sudden the the upper corner next to the camera is producing a lot of heat. to the point to where im almost afraid to use it. Below is a link to a picture of where the heat is coming from. Any suggestions for resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
