How to stop bootloop.

My phone is 40 days old, now hit bootloop on a 35 second cycle. It does not do the boot loop with SIM card disconnected.

How do I fix it?

I have the same problem. Google released an update that is not compatible with morotorla so unfortunately there is nothing you can do until they have a hotfix. But if you put your phone in airplane mode during the 30 second window, you can then AFTER that, turn off your data. Turn off airplane mode and make sure wifi stays off. You can now at least use your phone like a dumb phone until they release the fix. Factory reset won't help unfortunately at this time so I would not bother.
