i was turn on accessibly option which call talk back and now my touchpad not working properly and talks any item i touch. cant get in to settings

Hello sigh,
you can use two fingers instead of one to input function. when select item you can double touch on screen like we double click computer mouse. you can get in to settings and turn off talk back option at accessibility

Whenever I am trying I am unable to touch or its not getting touched by android on yes
