My triggers and (a) button dont work

hey i was doing some diy mods to my xbox one controller (i changed the d-pad triggers bummers and joy sicks to white) and now my trigger either are unresponsive or are shooting and aiming non stop. also my (a) button only works in game when i go to the xbox menu or homescreen i have to click the button 3 times to get it to work.

I have the same problem. What happened was I accidentally scratched the magnetic sensor for the triggers and now I have to order a whole new mother board and I don't know about you a button....

Well I bought it on this web sight but you can probably find it cheaper if you do some research but I only needed the thumb stick mother board or the bottom to fix the trigger but if your a button isn't working too your best bet is to buy a new controller because to fix that you need the other mother board...

I have the same problem, i bought the controller new (the warranity expires 2 days after) the left and right triggers are not tight but they keep aiming and firing
