upgrade processor, is it possible on a PowerBook g4

Can this processor be upgraded as it is slow to load.

I don't know which DVI you have but your only recourse to upgrade the processor would be to replace the logic board with the 1 GHz unit. If you already have the 1 GHz version you have gone as far as you can with that computer. Have you maxed out your memory? That and a newer, faster hard drive may speed things up a little but for a real increase you meed to upgrade your computer. Ralph
