unidentified broken roller part from Canon ImageCLASS MF4770n

someone broke some kind of plasic roller assembly while removing a toner. I cannot find a part name or description on line. It is about 8 inches long and sits in front of and above the toner as you look into the unit. Do you know where I could get the part?

It the fixing assembly / the fuser assembly. Having been able to find the service manual for replacing it.

It is called the paper exit guide and for some reason I am being told that it only comes with the purchase of a fuser. Which is crazy, we glued ours back together and put it back in and the machine works, but I know this is just temporary so why does Canon not make this to sell separate.
